About Our Practice
We are an NHS practice offering high quality care to the people of Southall and Hounslow. We deliver a full range of modern services through a highly skilled professional team including Doctors, Nurses and Health Care Assistants. Our aim is to deliver a service that combines the personal care of the traditional family doctor with the best that the modern general practice can deliver. We are constantly seeking new ways to serve our patients. We are a fully computerised medical practice and use this to provide a comprehensive recall system for:
- Chronic Disease
- Childhood Immunisation and Screening
All Consultations are recorded on computer.
We provide late evening surgeries for the commuters (Monday evenings in Southall and Thursday evenings in Hounslow).
