Health Visiting Team
Our Health Visiting Team are based at the MWH Practice and are responsible for our Child Health Promotion programme. They run a ‘drop in’ baby clinic and are also closely involved in Antenatal and Postnatal Parentcraft.
District Nursing Team
Our District Nursing Teams are based at:
- Featherstone Road Clinic in Southall
- Bath Road Clinic in Hounslow
They are responsible for nursing care in the patient’s home. We also have the following Nurses:
- Drug Misuse Specialist Nurse
- Primary Care Mental Health Nurse
