We have 12 General Practitioners  and 7 Prescribing Pharmacists within our Clinical Team for both Southall and Hounslow Practices. 

The Nursing Team provide assessment, screening, treatment care and education to patients from all sections of the community, from infants through to the elderly. They have a strong focus on health promotion, both planned and opportunistic.

We have one Practice Nurse and one Health Care Assistant who are available via appointment five days a week. They offer a variety of clinics and provide a triage service in minor illness for patients who require same day/urgent medical attention. Currently one Practice Nurse is able to prescribe.

Our Nurse has her own specialist interest and runs chronic disease management clinics for patients with the following chronic conditions:

• Asthma
• COPD
• Diabetes
• Heart Disease
• Hypertension

She is fully trained in procedures such as:

• Cervical Cytology
• Ear irrigation
• Immunisation
• Venepuncture

The Nurse also offers advice and immunisation to patients travelling abroad, gives support to patients wishing to stop smoking and delivers a comprehensive wound management programme.

Practice Staff are bound by the same confidentiality rules as Doctors. We comply fully with the Data Protection Act 1998 and Freedom of Information Act 2000. We have an IT Policy in place and only authorised Staff can gain access to the computer system.
