Resources for patients and carers – RM Partners
The aim is to help support people affected by cancer, including patients, family members and carers throughout their experience.
The Cancer Care Map is a simple, online resource that aims to help you find cancer support services in your local area wherever you are in the UK. It provides a range of support service information about activities, support groups and therapies to help people and their families and carers.
It is run by The Richard Dimbleby Cancer Fund charity and the team check and update its information regularly.
