WHEN WILL THIS START? – It will start from the 3rd November 2025. WHY ARE WE DOING THIS? – To provide more access to patients, ensuring that they are seen by the appropriate people as quickly as they can. Also to reduce the amount of time patients wait for an appointment. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? – All appointment requests with a GP between 8 to 10 will be booked on the same day with appropriate clinicians after being triaged by a GP.
