From 12 May 2026 – To help improve access to healthcare and reduce waiting times on the phone, our practice is introducing EMMA, an AI‑powered virtual receptionist from Quantumloop.

What EMMA will do:

• Answer calls immediately — no waiting in a queue
• Communicate in 17 different languages
• Take your details, ask about the reason for the call and pass it on to appropriate clinical team or admin team . The corresponding team will then review your request, book appointments and make sure you get access to the right care as quickly as possible.

What EMMA will NOT do:

• EMMA is not replacing our reception team.
• Our receptionists will continue to support you face‑to‑face and focus on care navigation and essential administrative work.

This new system will help us improve patient access, reduce delays, and ensure you receive the right help more quickly.
